To train and equip missionaries.

To train God fearing and word balanced ministers in the body of Christ.

Teaching the uncompromising word of God in truth.

To preach the gospel of Jesus Christ as a hope to the suffering and dying world and plant churches for them to fellowship in.

To raise men and women who will impact their environment positively for the kingdom of GOD.

To propagate, facilitate, and promote the Christian faith and to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ as revealed through the Holy scriptures by all means of communication.

To provide for the preaching and teaching and fostering the growth of the Christian religion including the licensing and ordaining of ministers and ministries to carry out the work of evangelism.

To construct, build churches and set up a place or places open to all human beings irrespective of colour, race, ethnic group, clan, or political affiliation for fellowship gatherings in order of building and strengthening them in faith.

To purchase, take, receive, lease as lease, and take by gift, revise or bequest, or otherwise deal I ad with any real or personal property or any interest therein situated in or out of Uganda.

To sell, convey, mortgage, pledge, lease as lessor and otherwise acquire, own, hold, vote, use or employ shares or other interest in or obligations of societies in Uganda.

To purchase, take, receive subscribe for, or otherwise acquire, own, hold, vote, use or employ shares or other interests or obligations of societies in Uganda or in foreign countries whether for profit or not, associations, partnerships or individuals.

To make contracts and incur liabilities which may be appointed to enable it to accomplish any or all of its purposes, to borrow money for its purposes at such a rate of interest as it may determine to issue its notes, bonds and other obligations by mortgage, pledge or deed of trust of all or any of its property franchises and or incomes.

To invest its funds from time to time in any real or personal property, to lend money for its purposes and to take any hold real and personal property as security for the payment of funds so invasion or lent.

To have and exercise all powers necessary or convenient to effect any or all of the purposes for which the Churches are organized.

To spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through seminars, missions, conventions, crusade, evangelisms campaigns, bible schools, television, films and planting of Churches.

To establish and maintain guest houses, rest houses, restaurants, assembly halls, bakeries, groceries residential houses and transportation systems.

To establish and operate a printing press, literature centers and bookshops for Christian literature, including radio television broadcastings.

To establish a prison visiting ministry with a view to communicating the gospel of Jesus Christ to prisoner.

To receive ad raise funds by way of donations grants and distribution them to them needy children and families.

To minister to children and families by helping needy children through orphanage, schools and family and programme involving feeding, clothing, nurturing, healing ad spiritual ministries and establishing schools and vocational training institutions.

To undertake and execute ay charitable trusts which may seem directly or indirectly conducive to any of the objectives of the company provided that in case the company shall take or hold any property which may be subject to any such trust; the company shall take or hold any property which may be subject to any such trust; the company shall only in the manner allowed by law having regard to such trust.

To baptize all Christians and converts at any place or convenient day and time without discrimination.

To minister, officiate and register marriages and wed or otherwise accept into the holy matrimony all Christians irrespective of colour, race, ethnic group or claim, tribe or political affiliation or ay discrimination whatsoever.

To perform services of all kinds for any church. Christians organization or for any association having objectives similar to objectives of this company and to raise money, support and aid in order to initiate or promote evangelism projects.

To borrow and raise money for the purposes of the company in such manner and upon such security (if any) as the company may think fit including mortgages and or charges upon the undertaking of all or any real and personal property of the company, or by the creation and disuse of debentures, stocks or other obligations and securities of any descriptions as the company may deem fit and necessary.
